Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer dispute resolution body.

Liability for Content

Clause 7 Section 1 of TMG says that as a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages according to general laws. According to Clauses 8 through 10 of the TMG, we are not required to monitor any information transmitted or stored by third parties or to investigate any circumstances that may indicate unlawful conduct.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws shall remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the moment we have gained knowledge of a specific infringement. When such infringement is brought to our attention, we will immediately remove the related content.

Liability for Links

Our site contains links to external websites of third parties on the contents of which we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot accept any responsibility for such external content.
